I imagine Putin is licking his lips getting ready to make Ailes a butt-kissing $$$ offer to head up RT. Ailes will be intrigued, the alt-right /Putin alliance would be complete… But I expect Ailes to eventually start his own cable network, free from any sort of connection to sanity that Murdoch imposes. Ailes’ new network would offer the complete detachment from the rest of the world that our right wing loons so crave.

Ailes out, Murdoch in. I’m not sure which is worse, the puppet master, or the puppet master’s master. But one thing is certain, the US right will be fretting about the possibility of change at their own version of Pravda.
